We are seeking a Partner Development Lead to identify and onboard new partners and to provide partner management to existing partners. The Partner Development Manager will work within the Peek Impact Group, which is responsible for ensuring that Peek’s eye health solutions are deployed as widely and fully as possible within health services around the world in order to maximise the social impact Peek achieves. You will be familiar with emerging product life cycles (hardware, software and/or services) and relationship life cycles (customer discovery, segmentation and product positioning and how to market new products). We are seeking a QA & Technical Support role to help Peek deliver high quality software. As an experienced QA professional you will take ownership of product quality and work with colleagues to improve the strength and efficiency of our delivery process. The success of the whole team is measured by the extent to which our tools help Peek and our partners connect people with the eye care they need. You will join a small Agile dev-ops group, taking responsibility for quality and second-line support, participating in Sprint Plans and design/execute system tests.
